McKenzie was ruled out of Tuesday's quarter-final against England due to a minor neck strain and replaced by Boeta Dippenaar, who played a big part in South Africa's victory with an undefeated 65.''Neil's omission is not form-related, because he never had a chance to play (in Kenya),'' convener of selectors Rushdi Magiet explained, adding, ''We felt we needed more options with (the) opening (position).''Off-spinner Shafiek Abrahams, who also did not see action in Kenya, keeps his place in the squad. The six-match one-day international series against New Zealand starts with a day-night match in Potchefstroom on Friday.
