Bangalore: As a part of their second investigation in cricket scams, officers of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted simultaneous raids on the premises of WorldTel chief Mark Mascarenhas in Ulsoor, Koramangala and Indiranagar.The office and residence of WorldTel were scrutinised by the CBI officers along with raids conducted in Calcutta, Delhi and Mumbai on the premises of former International Cricket Council Chief Jagmohan Dalymiya and Doordarshan officials with regard to the telecast rights.The DD and Prasar Bharati officials have been accused of handing over telecast rights to private producers flouting norms. The WorldTel office in the city refused to react to the raids.Attempts by Thatscricket.com to get an official reaction received a "curt" no on the telephone. The telephone conversation was quickly disconnected even before the next question could be asked.While CBI officials in the city did not disclose any details, according to CBI sources in Delhi the raids yielded incriminating documents with regard to the telecast deals.
