Disciplinary committee to meet on Nov 27

New Delhi: A three-member Disciplinary Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will meet in the capital to discuss the 'Madhavan Report' on match-fixing on November 27.BCCI commissioner K Madhavan will submit his report to the Boardon November 25.The Disciplinary Committee, with Dr A C Muthiah as its president besides two members, Delhi and District Cricket Association vice-president C K Khanna and Karnataka State Cricket Association president K M Ramprasad, would discuss about the action to be taken against players named in the CBI report on betting and match-fixing and give recommendations to the special General Body Meeting to be held in Calcutta on November 29, Mr Khanna said quoting information received here from Dr Muthiah at Sharjah.Mohammed Azharuddin, Ajay Jadeja, Manoj Prabhakar, Nayan Mongia,and Ajay Sharma were named in the CBI report.
