Timaru (New Zealand): Hosts New Zealand women made a clean sweep of their three-match warm up series against England with a comprehensive victory in the last match on Wednesday.England once again elected to bat on winning the toss and were bowled out for 109 in 41 overs with Nicki Shaw top scoring on 35. Katrina Keenan (three wickets) and Rachel Pullar (two) were the most successful bowlers for New Zealand.The host women then raced away to 110 for two off just 30.2 overs. New Zealand lost the wicket of Rebecca Rolls with only 21 runs on the board. But a second wicket partnership of 80 runs between the other opener Anna O'Leary and Emily Drumm put them firmly on path to victory.Drumm remained unbeaten on 43 off 77 balls with four hits to the fence, while O'Leary was out for 40 from 86 balls with four fours and one six. England are in New Zealand in advance for the Women's World Cup 2000 scheduled to begin on November 29.
