Dubai: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have accepted the rescheduling of the tri-nation Sharjah cricket tournament, to be held in April, at the request of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI)."We have received a written confirmation from PCB director of operations Brig Munawar Ahmed Rana," Cricketers benefit Fund Series (CBFS) chief executive Zahid Noorani told 'Gulf News'.The CBFC slightly modified the dates of the tournament after the BCCI requested them to do so as the Australians would be touring India until April 6. The Sharjah tournament, which was to begin on April 4, will now start on April 8 and conclude on April 20.The new schedule is yet to get written acceptance from Sri Lanka, the third team participating in the tournament. However, Mr Noorani said the Sri Lankans had in principle agreed to the new schedule. UNI
