Mumbai: The International Cricket Committee (ICC) may cut the number of neutral umpires from its panel in its meeting this weekend at Melbourne, according to the reports reaching here.ICC at present has a list of 20 umpires and a thought prevails that a strength of 10 should do the job. They may be vested with more powers, which will reduce the need of referees, the report added. UNI
