Sydney: Tasmanian captain Jamie Cox scored his 11th century against New South Wales (NSW) to put his side firmly on top of their Sheffield Shield cricket match on Wednesday.Cox was 156 not out as Tasmania rattled up 321 for four at stumps on the opening day. Cox scored 106 and 128 not out against NSW earlier this season and Wednesday's century was the fourth in his past five innings against them over which, he has averaged 330."NSW has been pretty good to me over the years, I couldn't tell you (why), I've got no idea," Cox said.Fortunately for NSW, none of Cox's colleagues was as ruthless or focused as their skipper with the four dismissed batsmen all perishing in their 20s. Shaun Young (54 n o) was still there at the close, rapidly adding 87 against a flagging NSW attack. Copyright AFP 2000
