Hyderabad: A city court on Tuesday posted for April 3, the next hearing of the case filed by tainted cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin challenging the life ban imposed on him by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in the wake of the match-fixing scandal.City Civil Second Sessions Judge J Shyama Sundara Rao adjourned the case following a request by the defence counsel seeking two weeks time to furnish the details sought by the court on the appointment of Mr K Madhavan, as BCCI's Special Enquiry Commissioner.Counsel for Azharuddin had filed an application in the court on March seven seeking a copy of the BCCI resolution banning him for life besides the one on the appointment of Mr Madhavan, a former CBI joint director.
