Rajkot: So finally rumours are over and out. One of the most eligible bachelors of Indian cricket, Ajay Jadeja has finally decided to marry his childhood friend and the daughter of Samata Party leader Jaya Jaitley on the March 30. The marriage will take place in Kashmir Bhavan in New Delhi. Both the families were seriously thinking about this marriage for quite sometime, but because of certain hurdles it could not take place. Jadeja was facing the match-fixing allegations and the subsequent inquiry. Jaya Jaitley too on the other hand Jaya Jaitley was burdened by her political workload, which resulted in the delay. But now the stage is set. But, the marriage ceremony will be very simple and very few guests have been invited. Ajay Jadeja's family belongs to Jamnagar and his 90-year-old grandmother, who still lives there, is expected to attend the wedding. His Uncle Chatrapal Sinhji Jadeja, who has played Ranji Trophy for four states, lives in Mumbai and will be present in the wedding ceremony along with another uncle Dalpat Sinhji, who was a good hockey player and who now lives in Rajkot. According to the Dalpat Sinhji only family members and some very few close friends from both sides will attend the ceremony. The wedding will take place in Rajput style. It is learnt from reliable sources that even the wedding card has not been printed as the decision was taken in the last minute and the invitation was extended through telephone calls and by meeting people directly. The decision of the marriage without any funfair was taken because of the match-fixing inquiry, Jaya Jaitley's alleged involvement in the Defence scam and the Gujarat earthquake. Surprisingly the reception will not be held in New Delhi, Mumbai or any big city but in a small village called Lamba in the Kalyanpur District, 90 kms from Jamnagar. This is the place, which has a beautiful temple of Goddess Ashapura, who also happens to be the family goddess of the Jadejas. This reception will take place on Ashadi Bij, which is also the first day of the New Year for this community and on this day most of the Jadeja members get together at this place.
