Mumbai: Mayank Khandwala, joint secretary of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), on Tuesday regretted that there was no apparent fresh talent in sight, which has resulted in a slide in city's cricket.Pointing at the quarter-final debacle of the holders Mumbai and its miserable show in Australia, Khandwala said that most of the present players have no future now in the team and in order to make progress even at the cost of defeat new talent must be injected. He hoped that the under-22 two-day tournament to be organised from Thursday by five oldest gymkhanas, Bombay, Catholic, Islam, Hindu and Parsi, will fetch some new faces on which rebuilding work can be done.UNI
