It was reported the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was negotiating with Foster as a possible replacement to Javed Miandad who was sacked last week. But Foster told AFP there had been no offer.
"And at the moment I am not interested," he added. He said he had been in contact with the Pakistan Board over paceman Shoaib Akhtar whose action he has helped remodel after he was called for throwing.
Shoaib spent several weeks working with Foster and former Australian fast bowling legend Dennis Lillee at the University of Western Australia (UWA), where biomechanics experts were also called in.
Miandad, sacked last week after reportedly clashing with several leading players, alleged that Pakistan had thrown a One-day series against New Zealand in February.
Former England Test opener Geoff Boycott has also been mentioned as a contender for the Pakistan coaching job. He helped coach Pakistan's batsmen this season.
