Bangalore: Karnataka Institute of Cricket will commence its annual cricket academy for boys and girls, from the age group of six years to 25 years, from June 17 to May 31 2002, at the Webbs ground, behind Raheja Towers, 28, M G Road.KIOC offers the trainees a choice of weekend coaching programme or a seven-day coaching programme. The academy schedule includes Dassara, Christmas and summer coaching camps.The latest additions to the facilities at the academy are bowling machine, speed check gun, four turf pitches and video analysis. That apart, school admissions, hostel facility and transport for the outstation cricketers will be arranged. Corporate team coaching will also be undertaken.Former Test cricketer Raguhram Bhat and other dedicated coaches will train the boys and girls at the academy. IACA to commence yearly course from June 16The yearly course of Imtiaz Ahmed Cricket Academy will commence form June 16 at Baldwin Boy's High School ground, Jyothi Nivas College ground and at Clarence School ground.
