Jaipur: Four bookies were caught in Jaipur while they were managing bets on One-dayer between England and Australia at Manchester, police said on Friday.In the raid on their den, Rs 15,000 in cash and betting slips worth Rs 12 lakh were also recovered.The bookies have been identified as Nanagram Sharma, his son Rajesh Sharma, Kailash Sharma and Ramesh Agrawal. A colour television, two telephones and a telephone directory were also attached. During interrogation, Nanagram Sharma confessed that he used to get bets for important cricket matches and had contacts with the bookies at Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and other cities. A case under Rajasthan Public Gambling Law was registered against the four. UNI
