Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday filed an affidavit against a private company, which has registered a case of sponsorship violation in the high court.BCCI executive secretary Sharad Diwadkar in the affidavit stated that the Mumbai based company Gayatri Arts has completely twisted BCCI secretary J Y Lele's letter dated May 3 in which the company was asked to confirm the amount of sponsorship before any official exchange of documents.Diwadkar termed the charges of the Gayatri Arts that the company was bypassed for more lucrative deals, was totally misconceived and malafide.
