Mumbai: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team that is pursuing the match-fixing case, on Monday postponed a scheduled visit to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) headquarters here on Monday.CBI informed the Board that the visit has been postponed as the team has to rush to Delhi on some urgent visit, BCCI executive secretary Sharad Diwadkar told UNI. A fresh date for the visit has not been intimated, he added.However, sources said that the CBI team visited the Cricket Club of India where they went through several BCCI files for around two hours. The CBI was supposed to visit the BCCI headquarters to gather information about bookmaker Mukesh Gupta who has not been traced since March.Sources had said that the main purpose of the visit was to try and get as much information as possible which could help trace Gupta who has gone into hiding after he met the ICC investigators twice, the last time in March.
