Baroda: Batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar is likely to return to the Indian squad for the upcoming three-Test series against hosts Sri Lanka scheduled to commence from August 14.[an error occurred while processing this directive]According to Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary J Y Lele, Tendulkar, who had a small hairline fracture on his right upper toe, was recovering fast and was likely to be declared fit before the Test series.Stating that the injury, which the master blaster suffered on July 4 last, while batting against the West Indies in the previous triangular series in Zimbabwe, was not serious, Mr Lele said though Sachin could walk, he was yet to start running.''We hope that the hairline crack would completely heal by August 10 when Sachin will go for another bone scan,'' the BCCI secretary said.
