Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket in Indias (BCCI) selection committee decided to keep faith in the leadership of Saurav Ganguly for the Indian cricket team on Thursday, which is scheduled to tour South Africa from September 24.[an error occurred while processing this directive]The selectors after a long deliberation decided to retain Ganguly as the skipper of the team, according to BCCI sources. The Indian team for the tour will be picked on Friday. The Indians were earlier scheduled to leave for South Africa on October 1. The departure has been advanced to help the Indians get better acclimatised to the South African conditions.The Indians will figure in three Tests and a triangular One-day series also involving Kenya.
