[an error occurred while processing this directive]Bhubaneswar: Test opener Shiv Sundar Das, who has been picked in the Indian team for the One-day triangular series to be played in the first phase of the South Africa tour, is confident of doing well.''I was hopeful of breaking into the One-day side but was not too confident,'' Das, who has impressed with his performance at the Test level, said.The dapper batsman with a sound technique, both against quick and slow bowlers, said he would play his normal game in South Africa.''As the opportunity has come now, I will try to justify the confidence the selectors have put in me. I hope to play well in the side games so that I can break into the playing 11,'' Das said.Das said he was no stranger to the One-day game having played in the Wills Trophy and Challenger Trophy tournaments with success.Das coach Kishore Mania also hoped that his ward would do well in South Africa.
