Sachin takes a break after rigorous exercises

Mumbai: Batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar has taken a short break from rigorous exercises after a marked improvement in his injured right toe.Tendulkar, who has been doing lot of running, bowling and batting at the nets for the past one week at the MIG Club, on Tuesday took a short break for a day or two, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) sources said. Tendulkar, who has been exercising since a week has been feeling comfortable and there is no pain to the toe even when he runs hard and throws the ball from the boundary line, the sources added. The Mumbai star had injured his right big toe during the tour of Zimbabwe while playing the triangular series league match against the West Indies and subsequently missed the Sri Lanka tour.
