Earlier, middle order batsman V V S Laxman, his replacement Hemang Badani and medium pacer Zaheer Khan were ruled out for the South Africa tour.Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jaywant Lele said over phone from Baroda that Sports Medicine expert Dr Anant Joshi informed him that Nehra, who was finding it difficult to bowl at full pace at the MRF Pace Foundation on Tuesday, was not hundred per cent fit. The Delhi speedster had dropped out of the Test series against Sri Lanka after aggravating his injured groin."While replacements for Badani (Jacob Martin) and Khan (Harvinder Singh) have already been announced, the selectors are yet to name the replacement for Nehra," Lele added.
