I am looking forward to the tour.Meanwhile, medium pacer B K Venkatesh Prasad, who had a successful tour of Sri Lanka after being recalled into the team, said he benefited from the just concluded training stint at MRF foundation under Dennis Lillee. The training was helpful. He (Lillee) asked me to stick to basics. It is great to train under him. It was definitely useful, he said. Prasad said he was eagerly looking forward to the tour of South Africa, where he expressed confidence of doing well. Having taken 96 wickets from 33 Test matches, he is also targeting to achieve a milestone of crossing the 100 Test wicket mark. Earlier on Wednesday night, Dravid, Prasad, Anil Kumble, Javagal Srinath and Sunil Joshi all from Karnataka parted some of their memorabilia at the India Child Care Foundation Cricket memorabilia auction, a campaign to create awareness about child adoption.Dravid gave his T-shirt, cap and a bat, Kumble a specially framed memorabilia of his 10-wicket haul against Pakistan, Joshi the ball with which he had claimed five wickets for six runs and Prasad a T-shirt. Srinath, who was not present, gave his 1993 blazer of his Lankan tour. The auction, however, evoked poor response. PTI
