Chennai: The new Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) presidentJagmohan Dalmiya on Sunday said he had no plans to rescind the punishments of players allegedly involved in match-fixing practices and urged CBI to come out with all the evidence it had against the accused.[an error occurred while processing this directive]"There is no question of reconsidering the punishments. Trying to fix a match is like trying to sell your motherland. We are not having any second thoughts (on the punishments)," Dalmiya told reporters here after taking over office from A C Muthiah.Dalmiya sought the co-operation of CBI in nailing the guilty without which, he said, the Board was totally helpless in the matter."The CBI has got all the evidence. They have got all the material. We can go forward (against the guilty players) only if CBI comes forward and substantiates the charges," he said.He denied that CBI had ever mentioned his name in the match-fixing episode and said the accusations were the creation of media.
