India to elects bat, Laxman comes in

Paarl (South Africa): India won the toss and decided to bat against Kenya in the final round robin match of the triangular Limited Overs international series at Boland Park on Wednesday.Kenya needs to beat India to reach the final against South Africa in Durban on Friday. India was strengthened by the inclusion of batsman VVS Laxman, who arrived in South Africa on Tuesday after missing the start of the tournament because of injury. Maurice Odumbe returned to captain Kenya after serving a two-match suspension. The teams: India: Saurav Ganguly (captain), Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Verendra Sehwag, VVS Laxman, Yuvraj Singh, Reetinder Sodhi, Anil Kumble, Ajit Agarkar, Harbhajan Singh and Javagal Srinath. Kenya: Maurice Odumbe (captain), Kennedy Otieno, Ravindu Shah, Steve Tikolo, Thomas Odoyo, Hitesh Modi, Martin Suji, Tony Suji, Collins Otieno, Brijal Patel and Peter Ochieng. Umpires: Ian Howell, Danny Becker (both RSA). TV umpire: Wilf Diedricks (RSA). Match referee: Ahmed Ebrahim (Zimbabwe).
