Mumbai: Steve Bucknor of West Indies, Ian Robinson of Zimbabwe and Asoka De Silva of Sri Lanka are the three International Cricket Council (ICC) panel umpires for the three Test match series between England and India to be played in the sub-continent from December 3 to 23.[an error occurred while processing this directive]Bucknor and former Test off spinner S Venkatraghavan will officiate in the first Test at Mohali from December 3 to 7, while Robinson and former Karnataka all-rounder A V Jayprakash will be the umpires for the second Test to be played at Ahmedabad from December 11 to 15, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Niranjan Shah said on Wednesday.DeSilva and another Indian umpire, who is yet to be named, will officiate in the third Test to be held at Bangalore from December 19 to 23, Shah said.
