London: International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday said it would examine the joint decision of the cricket Boards of India and South Africa to go ahead with the third Test at Johannesburg sans the controversial ICC match referee Mike Denness."We have got to assess the situation. We will be looking into the stand adopted by the cricket Boards of India and South Africa," ICC spokesman Mark Harrison told it was informed him by a news agency of the decision announced by the BCCI chief Jagmohan Dalmiya.Asked whether the two Boards could go ahead with the Test match without the consent of the ICC, Harrison said, "That is what we will be looking into. We will look into the situation and will respond as soon as practicable." PTI
