More security for India, England Blore tie

Bangalore: The Indian and England cricket teams would play their third Test here from December 19 under more watchful eyes of securitymen in the heightened security scenario following terrorists' attack at Parliament.

"We are not taking any chances," state DGP V V Bhaskar said in his briefing to reporters on the security measures taken by the police in the state in the wake of Thursdays attack in Delhi.Observing that the initial threat perception regarding the match was "not that much as we are not playing against a country hostile to us", he however noted that there would be a large congregation.The police would not however take any chances, he added.
