New Delhi: India on Tuesday was left counting the cost of the injury suffered by Javagal Srinath in the third Test against South Africa.[an error occurred while processing this directive] Srinath, hit by a rising ball from South African fast bowler Mortantau Hayward, will miss the first Test against England starting at Mohali on December 3, media reports said."He is out for at least 10 days," Indian manager Mahendra Bhargava told reporters in Centurion, near Pretoria, where the third Test is being played."There is no way he can play the first Test against England and we will have to see if he can take part in the series at all," Bhargava said.Captain Saurav Ganguly, who missed the Test due to back spasms, will however be fit to play the Mohali Test against England, Bhargava said. The Indian selectors are expected to meet on Wednesday to pick the squad for the first of three back-to-back Tests against Nasser Hussain's men.
