Ahemdabad: England has no security fears despite the attack on the Parliament House in New Delhi on Thursday and its tour would go along as scheduled, it media manager David Clarke said on Friday.
Clarke deplored the incident in which 12 lives were lost but said it will not "prevent us from finishing our commitments here".
"We are more than satisfied with the security arrangements provided to us and we are constantly in touch with our High Commission in Delhi," he said.
Before embarking on their tour, England had raised concerns over the security situation in India following US strikes in Afghanistan and some players had pulled out. Clarke said the situation had changed now.
"In fact, we never had any apprehension about the security arrangements over here (India) and we were only worried about flying to India after the September 11 attacks on the US," he said.
