England tour of India - Cricket: Hussain elects to bat in truncated 4th ODI

Kanpur: England skipper Nasser Hussain won the toss and elected to bat in the fourth One-day International against India on Monday.Overnight rains and early morning dew delayed the start of the game by almost two hours and the match will now be restricted to 39 overs a side.England brought in Graham Thorpe in place of wicket-keeper James Foster who is indisposed and Marcus Trescothick will keep the wickets.India has replaced Sanjay Bangar with Mohammad Kaif and skipper Saurav Ganguly joins the squad after missing the third One-dayer at Chennai due to a hamstring injury.
