New South Wales retains domestic One-day cup

Brisbane: New South Wales (NSW) retained Australia's domestic One-day cup beating Queensland by 19 runs in the final at the Gabba on Sunday.

The Blues scored 204 before bowling the home team out for 185 with seven balls remaining. NSW paceman Shawn Bradstreet took four for 23 off 6.5 overs to wreck Queensland's tail-end after Martin Love had led the way with a knock of 53. Earlier, opener and wicket-keeper Brad Haddin top scored for NSW with 45 while young Queensland spinner Nathan Hauritz captured four for 47 off his 10 overs.
