Kumble returns to Indian squad for England tour

Kolkata: Anil Kumble was back in the England bound Indian cricket team as the two teams for the One-dayers and the Test matches were announced here on Saturday.

The five national selectors along with skipper Saurav Ganguly met here to finalise the teams for the 83-day tour beginning later this month, according to Niranjan Shah, secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

Following is 15-member the team for the One-dayers: Saurav Ganguly (skipper), Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, Virendra Sehwag, Dinesh Mongia, Mohammad Kaif, Yuvraj Singh, V V S Laxman, Ajay Ratra (wicket-keeper), Zaheer Khan, Ajit Agarkar, Anil Kumble, Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra and Tinu Youhanan.

Following is the 16-member team for Test matches: Saurav Ganguly (skipper) Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, V V S Laxman, Virendra Sehwag, Shiv Sundar Das, Wasim Jaffar, Harbhajan Singh, Anil Kumble, Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra, Ajit Agarkar, Tinu Youhanan, Ajay Ratra, Sanjay Bangar and Parthiv Patel (wicket-keeper).
