Bangladesh captain wins toss, asks West Indies to bat

Benoni (South Africa): Bangladesh captain Khaled Mashud won the toss and asked the West Indies to bat in the World Cup Group 'B' match at the Willowmoore Park on Tuesday.

West Indies: Carl Hooper (captain), Ridley Jacobs, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Corey Collymore, Mervyn Dillon, Vasbert Drakes, Chris Gayle, Wavell Hinds, Brian Lara, Ricardo Powell and Ramnaresh Sarwan.

Bangladesh: Khaled Mashud (captain), Al-Sahariar, Ehsanul Haque, Mohammad Ashraful, Sanwar Hossain, Alok Kapali, Mohammad Rafique, Manjurul Islam, Talha Jubair, Tushar Imran and Khaled Mahmud.

Umpires: Russell Tiffin (Zimbabwe) and Brian Jerling (South Africa).

TV Umpire: Billy Bowden (New Zealand). Match referee: Gundappa Viswanath (India).
