The left-hander was rushed to hospital with a suspected fracture when he was hit on the forearm by a 150kmh delivery from Australian fast bowler Brett Lee in the opening match of the Super Sixes.Jayasuriya was in considerable agony as he retired hurt for one and was taken off the field and into a waiting ambulance at the SuperSport Park by team physiotherapist Alex Kontouri."
