WC 2003 - Ponting wins toss, sends Kenya in to bat first

Durban: Australian captain Ricky Ponting won the toss and elected to field against Kenya in their World Cup Super Six day-night match at Kingsmead on Saturday. Both teams have already qualified for the semi-finals.

The teams: Australia: Ricky Ponting (captain), Adam Gilchrist, Matthew Hayden, Damien Martyn, Darren Lehmann, Andrew Symonds, Ian Harvey, Brad Hogg, Andrew Bichel, Brett Lee and Glenn McGrath.

Kenya: Steve Tikolo (captain), Kennedy Otieno, Ravindu Shah, Brijal Patel, Hitesh Modi, David Obuya, Collins Obuya, Tony Suji, Martin Suji, Peter Ongondo and Asif Karim.

Umpires: Billy Bowden (New Zealand) and Steve Bucknor (West Indies)

TV umpire: Asoka De Silva (Sri Lanka)
