London: The Order of the British Empire (OBE) is to be conferred on cricket idol Alec Stewart, soccer hero David Beckham, Liverpool boss Gerard Houllier and Arsenal's Arsene Wenger. 40-year-old cricket idol Alec Stewart is to be given the honour by the Queen as a reward for helping a revival of the England team's fortunes in recent years. The respected Surrey all-rounder this week became the country's second-highest Test run scorer.
