|Chugani stars in Thailand's victory|

After a strong opening wicket stand between Mirza Farhan (31) and Ali Asgar Chasmteh (unbeaten 44) that yielded 63 runs, wickets fell like nine-pins thereafter leaving Iran, who opted to bat, all out for a paltry 104, with Chugani doing most of the damage.
Thailand reached the target, losing the wicket of Akshay Desai, who made 35 with five fours.
In the other match of the day, Bahrain defeated Singapore Cricket Association by 39 runs.
Put to bat, Bahrain were all out for 137 in 43.5 overs, Gayan De Silva top-scoring with 35. Md. Rizwan N M was pick of the Singapore bowlers taking four wickets for 22 runs.
In reply, Singapore were bowled out for 98. For Bahrain, Rashid Mir picked up four wickets and Noman Ikram scalped three.
