|Samsung wins title rights for Indo-Pak series|

"Cricket fans in both countries are eagerly waiting for this series to take place and sponsors have shown a keen interest in procuring the title rights for this coveted series. I am very pleased to announce that Samsung has won the rights of title sponsorship for the India-Pakistan Test and ODI series taking place in Pakistan," a Samsung statement quoted Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Shaharyar Khan as saying.
Although the deal aunt was not revealed officially, sources said that it was around Rs 20 crore.
Two-wheeler major Hero Honda won the rights as co-sponsor while World Sports Group Nimbus was granted rights for ground sponsorship.
Samsung India director Ravinder Zutshi said, "we are indeed very pleased to have secured the title rights to the forthcoming Indo-Pak Cricket series.....we are delighted to be able to bring these historic series to our customers and join them in celebrating cricket in the spirit of friendship and healthy competition."
The Indian cricket team is scheduled to tour Pakistan for a three-Test and five One-dayers in March-April.
