Mumbai :The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has asked for feedbacks from top members of the Indian squad over the suggested change to a One-day International rule put forward by the International CricketCouncil (ICC).

The ICC's Cricket Committee-Playing, chaired by former India skipper Sunil Gavaskar, had put forward some suggestions to the world governing council which included one calling for reduction in the minimum number of overs to constitute a One-day International from 25 to 20.

"The Board has asked the top Indian players to give in their feedbacks to this suggestion," BCCI joint secretary Ratnakar Shetty said on Thursday.

The annual meeting of the ICC executive board in June at Lord's in London is expected to take a decision on this and some other suggestions put forth by its sub-committee which had met recently in Dubai.
