New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked Ten Sports, Doordarshan and Modi Entertainment Network, at war over sharing of revenue from the telecast of Indo-Pak cricket series, to suggest names of two persons each for setting up a three-member committee to determine alleged damage suffered by the parties.

The Court said from the six names suggested by the parties it will choose three persons for the committee.

The Court asked the parties to suggest the terms and reference for the committee but made it clear that it will have the final say in the framing of the terms and reference of the committee.

The apex Court asked them to furnish the necessary details sought from them by July 23 and posted the matter for further hearing to July 29.
