London:London: Waking up to the growing need of laying special emphasis on fielding, the England cricket establishment has roped in Australian Mike Young as its fielding coach for a four-week period before the winter tour of South Africa.

The American-born former baseball coach, who as a freelance worked intermittently with the Kangaroos on contract, was first engaged by Aussie coach John Buchanan to work with their one-day side in 2002.

Former Australian gloveman and national selector Rod Marsh, who is currently the director of England's cricket academy lapped up Young for the present assignment.
