Chennai:The court-appointed Interim Administrator of Cricket Board Justice (retd) S Mohan today filed a report in the High Court on his experience when he had gone to the BCCI office in Mumbai to take charge on Saturday.
"The matter is confidential. But I have filed a factual report," Justice Mohan told PTI here.
Justice Mohan could not take charge as the doors of the BCCI head office were locked when he went there.
A Division Bench, comprising Justice P D Dinakaran and Justice K Ravirajapandian, of the Court had on October 8 appointed Justice Mohan as the Interim Administrator to run the affairs of the Board while restraining the newly elected BCCI office-bearers from functioning.
The order was passed on a revision application filed by the city-based Netaji cricket club which had urged the court to set aside the BCCI elections held in Kolkata on Sept 29.
