New Delhi:The Supreme Court today fixed November 30 for hearing on Cricket Board's appeal but said its interim order staying a Madras High Court order against the new office bearers of BCCI and the stay on the appointment of Jagmohan Dalmiya as Patron-in-Chief would continue till then.

The date of hearing on the appeal filed by Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) challenging the High Court order was fixed by a five-Judge Bench headed by Justice N Santosh Hegde when the matter was mentioned by counsel for parties.

On October 11, the apex Court had restored the Cricket Board's newly elected office bearers to their posts while staying the Madras High Court order of October 7 appointing Justice S Mohan as the interim administrator of the Board.

The Court had also restrained Dalmiya from becoming the Patron-in-Chief of the Board.

After hearing the Board, Delhi District Cricket Association (DDCA), Netaji Cricket Club and D C Agashe representing the Mahrashtra Cricket Association, the Bench had fixed October 26 for final hearing on the petitions.

However, as the constitution Bench headed by Justice Hegde could not complete the hearing on other matter listed prior to the Board's petition, the hearing was resheduled.
