PCB reduces Latif ban

Karachi:The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reduced the six-month ban of former Pakistan captain and wicketkeeper Rashid Latif to one month for conceding a recent domestic match.

The veteran gloveman, appealed to the PCB over the ban imposed on December 1.

Captaining the Karachi Blues side in a match in Faisalabad, the former Pakistan cricketer opted to declare his team's innings on 40 for four and conceded the match saying the pitch was too dangerous.
