We have the edge against Pakistan: Zaheer

Shirur:Speedster Zaheer Khan said today that the morale of the Indian team is high, and home conditions would give Sourav Ganguly's men an edge over Pakistan in the upcoming series.

The series triumph in Pakistan when India toured there last has boosted the morale of the home team, the left-arm seamer told reporters on the sidelines of a fund-raising event for Tsunami victims in this town in the coastal Udupi district.

"We are looking forward to the series", said Zaheer. "We have better chances of winning the series as we are playing in front of our home crowd. We will strive to provide a good game of cricket".

The event was organised by Green Valley National School.
