Lahore:The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has defended the foreign experts attached with the national team leaving for a short break claiming that they had done so with the permission of the board.

A PCB official sought to clear air and said that it was incorrect to assume that the foreign experts had left the physical rehabilitation programme of the Pakistani cricketers midway without seeking permission from the PCB

The official said a wrong impression was being created in a section of press that fitness trainer Murray Stevenson, physiotherapist Daryan Lifson, physio Grant Compton and coach Bob Woolmer left the country without permission.
