Haryana, who had set an improbable 464-run target before their opponents, took just 55.4 overs to bowl out Services in second innings for 157 and take the honours.
Resuming at 76 for three, the visitors' innings lasted less than a session on the fifth and final day today as off-spinner Gaurav Vashisht claming four for 31 in 12.4 overs. Leg-spinner Amit Mishra, who had accounted for all the three dismissals last evening, finished with three for 46.
Services lost the first wicket this morning with addition of just three runs to their overnight score when K G Chawda (1) was trapped leg before by Joginder Sharma.
Then there was no stopping for the Haryana bowlers though Services tried to stem the rot through a 43-run partnership between S Upadhaya (16) and Yashpal Singh (58).
Yashpal played some attacking shots and hit seven boundaries and a six during his 64-ball knock, but that was not enough for Services.
The last five batsmen failed to reach even double figures as Vashisht spun a web around them. Services lost their last four wickets for just two runs.
Despite the loss, Services had some consolation since both the finalists qualified to play in the Elite Division next season. Haryana and Services would replace two bottom-placed teams in the top tier of the competition.
