PCB ad-hoc meet may extend Inzy~~s tenure

Islamabad:The performance of the triumphant Pakistan team in India would figure prominently at the the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) ad-hoc committee meeting here on Monday.

According to sources close to the board, the ad-hoc committee meeting has been convened in Islamabad as the board officials would be in the capital city on Sunday for the Prime Minister's felicitation of the victorious Pakistan team.

It is also learnt that the ad-hoc committee may consider extending the tenure of skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq so that the the big man who was appointed skipper till May-June Windies tour, can discharge his duties in a relaxed mind for the rest of the year.

The committee is also expected to discuss the future of ace paceman Shoaib Akhtar and whether Shoaib would be considered for the Carribean jaunt.
