New Delhi:With a French-cut beard and pony-tail he may appear quite hep, but as far as fashion is concerned Australian speedster Jason Gillespie admits he is naive.

"I am a very simple guy and pretty naive about fashion," Gillespie said when asked about any intention of picking up a few designer labels from the ongoing LIFW.

The fast bowler, who was here as the brand ambassador of Foster's, however, put the best foot forward while sharing his views on seamers who were facing a hard task in the one-dayers due to the presence of attacking players like Virender Sehwag and Shahid Afridi.

"It is pretty hard to be a fast bowler in One-day cricket today, specially when Sehwag, Afridi and others going on attack right from the word go," he said.

When asked about the ways to bowl the two most destructive batsmen in cricket, he said, "Sehwag is a pretty good player but he is not comfortable with short balls," he said.

And as far as Afridi was concerned, he said, "I would bowl a few bouncers first and follow it up with a good length ball on or just outside the off stump."

Gillespie, however, soon added that when the two batsmen were on song it was difficult for the opposition to contain them.
