Karachi:Pakistan vice captain Younis Khan has made a strong call for the inclusion of speed merchant Shoaib Akhtar in the side for the West Indies tour.

Younis, who had a stupendous tour of India, scoring two massive hundreds in the Test series was of the opinion that if at all there was a problem, it could be sorted out through proper discussions.

"If there is a problem with Shoaib I think we need to sort it out and make him realize that he has to show total commitment to the team and pay a lot of attention to his fitness and performances. But there is no doubt in my mind that his inclusion will strengthen the bowling attack," he added.

Shoaib who is the leading wicketaker for Pakistan among the present lot of bowlers with 144 test and 186 one-day wickets was forced to skip the Indian tour due to a hamstring injury.
