Windhoek:The Pakistan 'A' beat Namibia 'A' by five wickets to sweep the three-match series at the United Ground here.

The Pakistan maintained a disciplined line and length bowling bowling out the home side for 154 runs off the last ball of their allotted fifty overs. For Pakistan 'A' Mohammad Irshad, medium-fast Riaz Afridi and seamer Kamran Sajid captured two wickets each.

Chasing 155 for victory, Pakistan 'A' romped home in style reaching 158-5 in 41.1 overs.Opener batsman Faisal Athar led the way with a solid 56.

Brief Scores: Namibia 'A': 154 (50 overs). Pakistan 'A': 158-5 (41.1 overs).In the second match, Pakistan A scored 298-3 in their 50 overs, with vice-captain Hasan Raza contributing an unbeaten 147 off 124 balls with 16 fours and five sixes. Faisal Iqbal scored 68. Namibia were restricted to 187-9 in reply. Left-arm pace bowler Najaf Shah captured three wickets for 27 runs.
